Nano Banana Lite is not an official Google product and is not affiliated with Google unless a future page explicitly states otherwise.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass credit limits, attack the system, upload illegal content, violate intellectual-property rights, or use generated outputs in ways that break applicable laws.
When paid plans are enabled, credits, orders and API keys may be attached to your account. Pricing, validity windows and refund rules will be shown at checkout or in the relevant plan page.
AI image outputs can be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it commercially.
We may update these terms as the product moves from early-access setup into a live paid service.
