Free credits
Sign-up and check-in credits have no cash value: they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. Paid credits are the only refundable kind.
The 14-day full refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the pack or subscription cycle is completely unused and has no outstanding credit reservations. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Partial refunds and defects
Partially used purchases are reviewed case by case. If a technical defect on our side charged credits for outputs you never received, we compensate with replacement credits or a proportional refund — the success-only billing rule makes this rare, but the remedy exists.
How to request
