Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to run:

• Account information — your email address, via one-time passcode or Google OAuth sign-in.
• Content you provide — prompts (2–2000 characters) and up to two reference images per batch.
• Generated outputs — stored in your private history, visible only to you.
• Billing records — processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use your data

We use your data to run batches, reserve and charge credits, provide your history and downloads, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your prompts or images for advertising.

How reference images are handled

Reference images are re-encoded on our servers before use. EXIF, GPS, XMP, and ICC metadata is stripped, and unsupported formats (SVG, GIF, animated WebP, HEIC, remote URLs) are rejected. Reference images are never shared publicly or shown to other users.

Retention and deletion

Prompts, reference images, and outputs are kept while your account is active. Generation history is cleaned periodically; the optional History Keeper add-on (US$5/month) keeps your history from being auto-cleaned while the add-on is active. When you delete your account, we queue this content for deletion. Billing and credit-ledger records are retained as required by tax and accounting law.

Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of processors to operate the service: Stripe for payments and cloud providers for hosting and storage. Each processes data under its own agreement and only on our instructions.

Your rights

You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time using our privacy request form. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
