Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nano Banana. By creating an account, subscribing, or buying credits, you agree to them.
The service
Nano Banana lets you upload up to two reference images, paste up to 20 creative directions per batch, and receive PNG outputs at 1K, 2K, or 4K resolution in a fixed contact sheet. Each output is an independent task with its own slot ID, status, and cost: 1 credit per image at 1K, 3 at 2K, and 8 at 4K. 4K output requires an active subscription.
Accounts
You sign in with an email one-time passcode or Google OAuth. New verified accounts receive 20 sign-up credits, and each daily check-in adds 2 more. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
Credits and billing
Credits are sold two ways. Monthly subscriptions — Starter US$9.9/month for 3,300 credits, Pro US$19.9/month for 8,000, Premium US$49.9/month for 25,000 — refresh every month, and each cycle's credits expire when it ends. One-time credit packs — US$12.9 for 3,900 credits, US$29.9 for 9,600, US$69.9 for 23,000 — never expire. Generation burns soonest-expiring credits first: subscription balance, then packs. Each image is charged by resolution — 1/3/8 credits at 1K/2K/4K — only when the output succeeds and becomes downloadable; blocked, failed, timed-out, or cancelled outputs release their reservation, and partially successful batches are charged only for successes. The optional History Keeper add-on (US$5/month) keeps your generation history from periodic automatic cleanup while active. No discount codes.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: your first subscription month is refundable in full within 14 days of the initial purchase if none of that cycle's credits were used; credit packs never expire and their unused portion is refundable within 14 days of purchase; consumed credits are not refundable, and technical defects are compensated with replacement credits or a proportional refund.
Acceptable use
Your use of the service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may block prompts or outputs, release the reserved credits, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
Generated content and SynthID
Outputs are generated by the Nano Banana 2 Lite model and are marked with SynthID to identify them as AI-generated. You must disclose AI generation where the law requires it, and you must have the necessary rights to any reference image you upload.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. We may change features over time and will give notice of material changes to these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
