Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content

You may not generate or attempt to generate:

• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
• Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery of any person.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• AI-generated imagery of real events or real people presented as authentic without disclosure.
• Content that processes personal data of others without consent.

Platform abuse

You may not scrape the service, resell or share account access, circumvent batch or size limits, upload malware, or create accounts with false identities.

Reference images

You must own or have the rights to every reference image you upload. We strip embedded metadata and reject unsupported formats, but responsibility for the underlying rights stays with you.

Enforcement

Blocked outputs release their credit reservations — you are not charged for them. Repeated or serious violations lead to suspension or termination. To report infringing content, use the copyright report form; for anything else, contact us.
